Emilio Silvestri, President of Silvestri Homes
of Texas, Inc., has been in the
building business for over 36 years. Having started in the home
building business, moved on to high-rise condominiums, shopping
centers and office buildings for several years, and come full
circle back to the home building market, Emilio takes great pride
of the quality of his product and a solid reputation for product
knowledge. Silvestri Homes of Texas was recently recognized by
the Houston Engineers Society for his "Super"
slab.
"The foundation is the very basis of the integrity of the
entire home. We spend more money on our slab than any other builders
in the area. Our slab has been tagged with "Super" slab
by our peers and we are confident of it's stability" stated
Emilio.
Silvesti Homes of Texas has been operating in Texas market
since 1986. Emilio serves as a Board member of Greater Houston
Builders Association, the Texas Association of Home Builders,
and the National Association of Home Builders for his long time
commitment and service to the industry.
